These terms govern your use of Wick & Reel (“Wick & Reel”, “we”, “us”), software at wickandreel.com that generates long-form video content from your instructions. By creating an account, requesting a sample or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.

1. The software

Wick & Reel is self-serve software. You choose a topic, niche and style; the software automatically writes a script, generates narration, images, video clips, music and sound, and assembles a finished video file. No person edits your videos. Wick & Reel is an independent product built on third-party AI models. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any model provider, or by YouTube or Google.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

3. Plans, credits and billing

• Plans are monthly subscriptions that include a number of credits. One credit renders one minute of Standard video; Sleep uses 0.25 credit per minute and Cinematic 3 credits per minute.
• Each film stops at a script and storyboard preview. Credits are deducted only when you approve the render.
• Unused credits roll over for one billing period, then expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record and may appear on your statement. Prices are in USD and may exclude applicable taxes.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may only use Wick & Reel as allowed by our Acceptable Use Policy. It prohibits, among other things, sexual or sexually suggestive content (NSFW), content involving minors in any harmful context, hate, harassment, impersonation and deceptive content. We screen requests automatically and may refuse, stop or remove any request that violates it.

5. Your content and the videos

• You keep any rights you have in the instructions and materials you provide.
• Subject to these terms and to your payment, we assign to you whatever rights we hold in the videos generated for you, and you may use them commercially, including publishing and monetizing them on your own channels.
• AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in every country, and similar material may be generated for others. We do not reuse a topic across channels in the same niche, but we cannot guarantee exclusivity of every image, phrase or sound.
• You give us a limited licence to process your inputs and outputs to provide the service. We do not use your finished videos in our marketing without your permission.

6. Your responsibilities when publishing

You decide what to publish and you are responsible for it, including following the policies of YouTube and any other platform, disclosing altered or synthetic content where a platform requires it, and checking that a video suits your audience. We fact-check scripts about real events, but videos may still contain errors; review them before publishing.

7. No guarantee of results

We sell software that produces video files. We do not sell or promise views, subscribers, watch time, channel growth, monetization approval or income, and nothing on our site should be read as such a promise.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. If a change materially affects paid plans we will tell you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that are used for fraud, or that create legal risk for us or others. You may close your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or channel penalties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
