This policy explains what Wick & Reel collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- When you request a sample: your email, your channel link (if you give it), your niche or topic, your chosen tier, the page you came from and its campaign tags, and your approximate country.
- When you have an account: your name, email, billing details handled by our payment partner (we never see your full card number), your instructions, and the scripts and videos generated for you.
- Technical data: basic logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security.
Why we use it
- To make and send your sample and your videos.
- To run your account, take payments and provide support.
- To send product updates if you agreed to them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Wick & Reel: our hosting provider, our payment partner (merchant of record), our email provider, and the AI model providers that generate scripts, narration, images, video and music. AI providers receive your instructions and the content needed to generate your video, not your payment details.
How long we keep it
Sample requests: up to 12 months if you don't become a customer. Account data and generated videos: while your account is open and up to 90 days after it closes, except where we must keep billing records longer by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to marketing, by emailing support@wickandreel.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies today. If we add them, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
